  • Up the coast to the Sinuk River

We cross the Cripple River first,

and up the coastline to the Sinuk.

Ooo, there’s Griz out in the tundra!

Everybody wants to see the bear

wanderin’ down in those willows.

At the mouth of the Sinuk River

the wind is blowing pretty hard.

But it’s bright and clear,

and there’s fishes here;

and “fresh” is the best for lunch.

Clean up & we’ll head back.

..at the river, we turn left

and find a way across to camp..
